The ordering process was very easy and delivery was on time. When you order it doesn’t show the picture but don’t worry as long as you have updated the picture you want correctly it will be on the cushion when it arrives. The picture takes up the full front off the cushion so you may want to try and make it a little smaller. The recipient will be delighted
