This product is made of sequins and white gaps do appear in the image as with all sequin products.

Light,Brightly Coloured and Clear Images work best on these. Dark/shadowed or blurry images are not recommended.

Small images or text are not recommended.

Photo collages are not recommended.

We endeavour to make these in 2-5 business days, but at Christmas, this can be longer. Next day orders are prioritised. This excludes shipping time, please see shipping tab for estimated delivery times.

I have received my cushion and the image quality was so poor I could not even make out the dogs face I contacted customer services and they have just ignored me

The quality of the picture printed on the cushion is unacceptable. All over the picture has white dots, therefore hardly can see anything from the personalised picture.

I made a complaint, and even though they agreed that the white dots are all around, they have refused to refund the money as this is a personalised item.

My opinion they should make the website showing the picture on personalised item truly with the white dots, or send an example picture, so that as a customer I could decide if I still happy with the item or not!

Please save your money and do not order this rubbish quality of personalised cushions, as all you get is an unrecognised something on it., and when you complain they will just send you a generic email but not the refund.

I ordered it for a present to my daughter, and it is ending in the bin...
